Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PicDash ("we," "us," "our").
By signing up or using PicDash, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
PicDash is an AI-powered tool that generates images based on photos you upload and styles ("scenes") we provide. Output quality depends on input quality and is not guaranteed.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use PicDash.
One person per account. Don't share login credentials.
3. Subscriptions and billing
PicDash is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Plans:
- Starter — $19/month, 100 generations
- Growth — $49/month, 300 generations
- Scale — $99/month, 750 generations
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Generation limits reset monthly on your billing cycle date. Unused generations do not roll over.
Refunds. Because generations consume real third-party AI compute costs, we generally do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact hello@picdash.co.
4. What you can upload
You may upload:
- Photos of products you own or have the right to use commercially
- Photos you've taken yourself
- Photos you've licensed appropriately
You may not upload:
- Photos of people without their consent
- Copyrighted images you don't have rights to
- Illegal, abusive, or harmful content
- Photos of minors (children) in any context
- Content that violates third-party rights
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules and, in serious cases, suspend or terminate accounts.
5. Ownership of generated images
You own the images you generate from your own uploaded source images. You may use them commercially — in ads, on social media, on your store, in any commercial context.
However, we cannot grant rights we don't have. If you upload a source image you don't own (e.g., someone else's product photo, a copyrighted image), the generated output may infringe on third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to your source images.
PicDash retains the right to use generated images (in anonymized, aggregate form) for product analytics and to display example outputs in our marketing materials — unless you opt out by emailing hello@picdash.co.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, third-party outages, and other interruptions may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability.
7. Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PicDash is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
- We are not responsible for how generated images perform commercially (e.g., ad performance, sales results)
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting deletion at hello@picdash.co.
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You upload prohibited content
- Your payment fails repeatedly
- We discontinue the service
If we terminate without cause, we'll refund any prepaid amount for the remainder of your billing period.
9. Changes to the service
We may add, remove, or modify features over time. We aim to give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect paying users. Pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
10. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in our place of operation. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
